Maria Maddalena De Finis obtained the high school diploma (sciences) at Liceo Scientifico Copernico of Turin, and a Degree in Economics and Business Administration at the University of Turin. She has been licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant since 15th November 1995 (Professional register of Turin n. 1836). She is also registered as a Statutory Auditor of the Ministry of Economic and Financial Affairs (registration n. 110133 – G.U. n. 100 dd. 17/12/1999); as Auditor of Local Authorities; he as Technical Advisor to the Court; and as Criminal Expert in conformity to the Code of Criminal Procedure. She advises on tax issues, financial statements, corporate contracts, tax disputes, company and estate valuations. She has held various roles in the capacity of Transparency Controller according to art. 43 of Leg. Decree n. 33/2013, and as a Member of Monitoring Authorities established as part of the Model of Organisation, Management and Control provided for in Legislative Decree n. 231/2001. She has also held appointments as Statutory Auditor for corporate entities, Auditor fornon-profit companies, and Auditor of Local Authorities. She has also acted astrustee in bankruptcy in both real estate and personal assets enforcement procedures; as Technical Consultant to the Court; and as Party-Appointed Technical Consultant in judicial proceedings.
