After attending the Naval School Francesco Morosini of Venice and the Naval Academy of Livorno, he became Officer of the Italian Navy.
After leaving the Navy, he obtained a Degree in Law at the University of Parma in 1990.
Then he attended the Federico Guasti Notary School in Milan, the Tax Academy of the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation of Amsterdam and a specialization course on Trust.
After working in London for an important Group, he settled in Switzerland where he is registered in the Chamber of Certified Public Accountants of Canton Ticino. In Monte Carlo he founded the department of International Corporate and Fiscal Law of the same Consultancy Group, taking also the function of Managing Director.
In 2001, he established GMP Consulting in Lugano. GMP Consulting has expanded in 2014 with the opening of an office in Verbier, Valais. He has also worked in Singapore for over ten years, as founding member and director of an asset management company.
